The Château de Candie would like to give you the opportunity to discover French cuisine through our Patisserie and Gourmet Workshops.
About the workshops
- Each workshop will last around 2 hours, followed by a lunch composed of the dishes you have prepared
- Each workshop can accommodate between 4 and 8 people
- The workshops will begin with tea and coffee, where the chef will explain in more detail the order of events and the dishes that will be prepared.
- The recipes, a Chateau de Candie apron and a menu signed by the chef will be available to take home with you

Gourmet workshop at L’Orangerie restaurant

- Enter the kitchens of L’Orangerie, put on your apron and step into the shoes of a professional chef at the Chateau de Candie!
- Create, along with the chef, two gourmet dishes.
- Chat with the chef and discover his cooking tips, the secrets of good cuisine and more about the area and history of the dishes you will be preparing.
- Enjoy a 3 course lunch, including the 2 dishes you have prepared, in the company of the chef.
An added extra: Introduction to oenology
- To accompany your meal we also offer a wine tasting, with local wines specially chosen by our sommelier, who will guide you through the tasting and allow you to discover the best wines of the region.
